Biography of Pascal Kaeser

„You can’t hold no groove, if you ain’t got no pocket“ (Victor Wooten)

As a Student of the Berklee College of Music Pascal gets in contact with various kinds of music from all over the world. But they all share once common thing: the groove.
Being part of projects of future greats like Lionel Loueke (Herbie Hancock), Keith Harris (Black Eyed Peas), Antonio Sanchez (Pat Metheny) or Rie Tsuji (Beyoncé) leaves traces. Traces in big stadiums like the Rupp Arena in Kentucky (USA), the Hallenstadion in Switzerland or the Gjovik Olympic Ice Stadion in Norway, or in small clubs like the Ryles Jazz Club in Boston (USA), the Oriental Hotel in Kobe (JP) or the Mühle Hunziken (CH).
Back in Switzerland Pascal plays with Brothertunes, GMF, Adrian Weyermann, Mia Aegerter, Marc Sway, Take This, Greis, Black Tiger, JJ’s Hausband, a tour with the James Brown Tribute Show and others and performances in the most renowned clubs and festivals.
His time in the States also leaves traces in music production. Pascal teamed up with JJ Flueck (www.jjflueck.com) to produce music in the area of urban and pop music.

A few thoughts on the Duvoisin Basses:

Fascinating to me is the thrive for constant innovation.

When I work with Duvoisin I feel the urge for perfection, individuality and technical development combined with regional tradition.

As as bass player I feel comfortable with Gilles and Jacques because they appreciate my input and because they know how to convert my ideas into their craft.

They surprise me with new products they develop.

I am sure that the Duvoisin Basses meet high international standards and that they will find very satisfied customers in the professional field.
